The geopolitical deconstruction of Pangea

La Dissolution geopolitique de la Pangée*

Jean-François Geneste, ancien directeur scientifique du groupe EADS/Airbus Group, PDG de WARPA.

Jean-François Geneste**proposes us to return to the deconstruction of the geopolitical system from the Second World War, whose excesses have led us to the current crisis, which is essential in the direct sense of the word and must lead to the questioning of the ideology that supports it.

Since the discovery of America by Christopher Columbus, globalization has accelerated into a kind of geopolitical pangea that probably reached its peak in the early 2000s, when Vladimir Putin himself suggested that Russia might join NATO. Things have changed a lot since then, and the „continental drift“ was probably triggered in 2004, when Yulia Tymoshenko became prime minister of Ukraine and imposed very pro-Western policies on the country. From then on, events rolled over and led to the current situation, which we will discuss in more detail below.

Let’s start with a recent interview with Oscar Lafontaine, a German politician. Among other things, he said the following.

„The explosion of the two gas pipelines is a declaration of war on Germany and it is both pathetic and cowardly that the German government wants to sweep the incident under the carpet. Germany says it knows something but cannot say it for national security reasons. The sparrows, however, have been whistling it from the rooftops for a long time: The U.S. either carried out the attack directly or at least gave it the green light. Without Washington’s knowledge and consent, the destruction of the gas pipelines, which is an attack on our country, cripples our economy and goes against our strategic interests, would not have been possible….
It was not only a hostile act against the Federal Republic, but also a renewed demonstration „that we must free ourselves from American tutelage.“

He then spoke about the possibility of Europe breaking out of the American yoke, explaining that it would be long and difficult. He thought that Germany should lean on France. The problem, he said, was that France had tried for decades to escape the fate of vassal. Unfortunately, he said, the European Union eventually broke its will, as did American entrism, which has managed to put stooges at the head of the state, which it has largely controlled since at least Nicolas Sarkozy. In addition, it shows that it is the pusillanimity of character. Since de Gaulle decided „US Go Home,“ it did not take very long to surrender. One would only have to have courage! But the corrupt and degraded Europeans don’t have much of it, if they have any courage at all!
